WHY THIS KOLAVERI DI?
Seriously! Why? |
Most
of us log into our Facebook accounts numerous times in a day and after checking
out the notifications and responding to messages or making some new friends, we
do nothing but observe other people. And, in that activity of watching closely
and judging people, we often come across some really emotional-attyachari
status, pictures and what not? Bullshit has so many forms, I tell you!
NOTE: By ‘Emotional-Attyachari’
status, I mean, ‘Meri life me
kuch nhi bacha he’, ‘Ladke/ladkiyan
hoti hi bekar he’,’Nobody
loves me’, ‘I couldn’t
poop today’. Got it? Sabhi log
dil pen na le. Soochana Janhit Me Jaari!
So,
this is my question to those people who keep putting their drama on that social
box in an attempt to find a shoulder to wipe their tears; Why you do this?
Ok,
I agree that you are an individual of an independent country who has full right
to put bullshit wherever you want. But, the question still prevails, why? Why
you do this?
Do
you want to surprise people with your talent of getting upset without any
reason? Hm?
Do
you really think that people actually (deep down inside, literally) care about
your drama? Well, yeah, up to a certain point they do care, for it to stop!
Or,
do you think that it will bring you attractive prizes? Like, ‘Congratulations, you
have won instant-wipe napkins and a DVD set of Ekta Kapoor’s most pakau serials,
as you have successfully updated 100 ridiculous my-life-sucks status (without
getting a single reply) and annoyed your entire friends’ list.’
Well,
whatever be the reason, such people should be aware of the fact that people don’t
care these days, as, everybody (read: most of them) is busy updating their
emotional-attyachari status! So, don’t wait, as, nobody will courier you
Hajmola if you are facing an indigestion problem. And, nobody is going to be a Santa who would
lavishly give you free gifts. Thus, wake up, wash your face, stop typing that
senti-status and move on for the love of GOD.
Thank
you!

EK AAM KAHANI # 3

TIPS TO SURVIVE THIS VALENTINE’S DAY BEING SINGLE
DON'T BE LIKE THIS! |
Will
be you surviving this Valentine’s Day being single? Yes? Then, I can understand
the pain of that solitary life, but, you must know that Valentine's Day is not
the loneliest day of the year for the single; in fact, you are not alone at
all. Amazed with the fact? I knew it.
So,
to help you, here is a guide to survive being single on Valentine's Day gleefully:
·
Money Matter:
Do
you know, the per person average estimated amount that people will spend on
Valentine's Day is $130.97 (approx. 8,167 Indian Rupee). So, be happy that you
won't have to make your wallet light this Friday. Later, you can utilize that
money for something more important.
·
Start With
Something New:
I
know that not having a partner on the day when the whole universe conspires to
make you envious and send you in the doldrums is a very sad thing, but instead
of mourning over the reality, why not do something to improve yourself? Yes, go
on and do anything that would add something extra to your personality. And, who
knows, that that 'extra' might bring in good news on the love front in the
coming time!
·
Future
Prospects:
Do
you know, about 51% of women would end their relationship if they didn't get
something for Valentine's Day. So, fella, did you see the future prospects?
Yes, your chances of having a partner to increase by the same (51%) amount.
Hurray! Bhai ki nikal padi.
·
Nurture The Love
That Is All Around You:
Valentine's
Day is a great day to nurture the love that is all around you. Leave the
internet (only after reading this post) and go on, check-in with your parents,
grandparents or whoever is in your family. Trust me, those are really good
people! You may even consider calling your close friends who live far away, as
that would send a priceless warm feeling.
·
At Last,
Remember:
"You
yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and
affection"- Buddha
So, go on, live a day for that ‘inner you’
and be happy :)
P.S: Share this post for your
'single' friends and help spreading world peace :D

Versatile Blogger Award
I
have been awarded with the Versatile Blogger Award this time after the last year’s
Liebster, which was my first award. The feeling is always flawless and
somewhere down the line, it also boosts up one’s confidence, like it has always
done to me.
Thank
you Karan for finding me worthy for this title! Sorry that I’m acknowledging it
almost after a month. However, the ecstatic feeling and the excitement of receiving
it is still alive, just like the day when you nominated me for it.
The
working of the Versatile Blogger Award is very simple. All you got to do are
the following things:
§ Thank the
person who nominated you.
§ Share 7 things
about yourself.
§ Nominate 15
other bloggers for this award.
§ Spread the news
to them about it.
Easy
it is, right? So, to comply with the rules, here are the 7 facts about me:
·
I’m
a big time foodie, but that doesn’t alter my figure at all. Now, only a
dietitian can give a reason for that. I’m done trying!
·
I keep
dancing, almost all throughout the day, on random beats going inside my head. Awkward,
right? I feel the same, but that doesn’t stop me, anyway! :D
·
When
I like a song, I download and hear it, like 100 times. Finally get bored of it
and then never touch it again. However, it stays on my playlist, resting in
peace!
·
Whenever
I’m stressed out, I blog. Now, it doesn’t mean that I’m receiving the honors being distressed. Trust me, right now, I’m extremely
delighted and equally hopeful to receive a plenty more awards at the time to
come. Fingers crossed. :D
·
I’m
a big time sports person, but the sad story is that I don’t get time to bring
up the inner Messi, MSD or whoever is your favorite.
·
I’m
a good singer. Or at least, I feel so. :P
·
I’m a sketcher as well. Check out a few of my sketches, here.
Now,
moving on to the much awaited part, the nominations. Here are the 15 nominees (Wish
I could choose 20 people) for the Versatile Blogger Award. (Drum vram bajao bhai..) :D
